The JE Pistons forged piston set for Chevrolet big-block V8 builds using 18-degree Big Chief, Duke, or Victor heads gives your performance engine build a durable foundation for demanding use. Forged from 2618 aluminum, these pistons combine JE's application-specific engineering with carefully machined crown geometry, ring grooves, and pin bores. The round forging brings a purposeful piston design to your performance rotating assembly. JE's experience in performance piston design carries through to the finished component, with dimensions developed around the intended cylinder head, connecting rod, and stroke combination. This 4.530 in bore kit uses a 1.270 in compression height and is supplied as a matched set of eight pistons for your next V8 build.
