This Gen II intake replaces the factory air filter and intake tube with a black roto-molded high-density polyethylene intake tube and an oversized oiled red cotton gauze air filter to help increase airflow, horsepower, torque and engine sound. Engineered for high airflow with exceptional filtration, the washable filter only requires cleaning every 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions, and installation can typically be completed in 60 minutes or less with simple hand tools.
