The K&N 69-2026TTK 69 Series Typhoon Performance Air Intake System is designed for select Mini Cooper and BMW 1.5L L3 gas models. This cold-air intake replaces the factory air filter and intake tube with a black mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube and an oversized oiled red cotton gauze air filter to help increase airflow, horsepower, torque and engine sound. K&N reports estimated gains of up to 6.55 horsepower and 11.1 lb-ft of torque, while the washable filter only requires cleaning every 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions.
