The PLM Heat Exchanger PLM-MSL55-HEAT-EXCHANGER is a direct-fit, high-efficiency cooling solution for the Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG 5.5L supercharged V8. Built for performance enthusiasts and daily drivers alike, this unit drastically lowers intake air temps (IAT) to help maintain consistent horsepower even in high-heat or high-boost scenarios.

Constructed from all-aluminum and featuring a non-epoxied furnace-brazed core with CNC-machined billet necks, the PLM heat exchanger balances superior thermal transfer, durability, and a factory-style bolt-on installation.

• SL55 Fitment:

  • Requires drilling 2 new holes in the included side brackets (no vehicle cutting)

  • One hose connection is on the driver side – PLM includes a longer hose at no extra cost
