The PLM Heat Exchanger XL PLM-ME55-HEAT-EXCHANGER-XL is the most efficient bolt-on cooling upgrade for your Mercedes-Benz E55 or CLS55 AMG 5.5L supercharged engine. Now 25% larger than the standard version, the XL delivers unmatched cooling performance with increased fluid capacity and fin area to combat heat soak even in the most demanding conditions.
With 2.25 liters of coolant capacity and 4000 square inches of fin surface, this is the heat exchanger you need if you're pushing boost or power. It’s built from TIG-welded aluminum, featuring non-epoxied furnace-brazed cores and CNC-machined billet aluminum necks for long-term reliability and superior thermal efficiency.

Orders under $159.99 will be subject to a nominal $13.99 Flat shipping charge. In regards to expedited and international shipping each order will need to be quoted on a case by case basis. You can obtain a quote two ways:

- Complete your order ahead of time indicating either expedited or international shipping during the checkout process. We will promptly determine shipping rates for your order and email you for approval and additional payment.
