Ghosted
Ordered the product December 8th the same time I bought a ton of other things for my car from other sites. When my seats came in on the 12th I called to get an ETA on the brackets I was told they would be arriving that Tuesday on the 14th. After the brackets didn’t show I tried calling multiple times for a tracking number and got no answer. I contacted them over email and text as well and the conversation was always fluent until I brought up the tracking number then I was left hanging with no response. After weeks of waiting I decided to buy a set of brackets elsewhere and request a refund. Then on the 5th they finally reached out to say that they shipped. After I bought a new set and requested a refund through multiple voicemails (I have way more screenshots but cannot post them all). Emails and texts. All around my experience was very very bad. And as someone who is active duty it sucks to say I will no longer be supporting this company
