The Pureflow AirDog II-5G A7SABF590 DF-165-5G Air/Fuel Separation System is the newest generation in fuel delivery systems for your 2017-2022 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. The 5G is engineered to be the quietest, most efficient, and longest lasting lift pump system available from AirDog.

The AirDog II-5G features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that reduces pump noise and improves reliability. A dual feed design supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles and cavitation. The demand flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine.

The AirDog II-5G utilizes a diaphragm style fuel pressure regulator allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 PSI The 5G system features larger 3/4-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. A 7/16-20 (-4) low-flow return is used to prevent aeration in the fuel being sent to back to the tank.
