This company (Or whatever you want to call it) draws its customers in w/their insanely low prices ! But the trade off is their HORRIBLE SHIPPING LOGISTICS THAT TAKES WEEKS JUST TO COMPILE YOUR PARTS THAT YOU ORDERED AS PART OF YOUR ORDER !!! So, unless you want to spend WEEKS guessing where in the hell your order is….AND wait for at least 2-3 WEEKS (2-weeks minimum) for your order to find a shipping-carrier….THEN GO ELSEWHERE !!! After patiently waiting for 2-weeks and still didnt receive any info about my order of Red-Line V-Twin oil, I emailed and followed up w/a phone call to these guys and in my email and voice-message I pleaded w/them to SHIP my order ASAP, after waiting patiently for 2-WEEKS AND NEVER SEEING A TRACKING # and/or any kind of notification that my order was being worked on, the Manager had the audacity to email me this super long email full of BS excuses telling me that he split and shipped my large order into TWO SEPARATE SHIPMENTS !!!! One was shipped via USPS….and the other half was shipped FED-X ! I then complained about the 2-separate shipments because the FED-X shipment finally shipped and was on its way ! (This was into the 3rd week and I had customers waiting on their motorcycles thst these ordered items were for !) but as for the other 1/2 of my order that these guys shipped via USPS, still hadn’t shipped ! And that’s because these guys hadn’t gotten my items to the USPS HUB YET !!!!! So, at that point this Manager just severed all ties w/me by cancelling the other 1/2 of my order that was waiting to be delivered to the USPS !!! So by cancelling that portion of my order after I patiently waited almost 3-f’n weeks for, forced me to have to go to AMAZON and reorder the items (Red-Line 20-50w V-Twin motor-oil) which I received in 4-days !!!! So, this Company draws you in w/their super low prices, but you PAY FOR IT by having to wait almost 1-ENTIRE MONTH FOR YOUR ORDER !!!!! GOOD LUCK !!!
