Description

The Rust Buster RB7603R Leaf Spring Frame Repair Kit is designed for the right (passenger) side of 1994-2004 Chevy S10 and GMC Sonoma 4WD trucks, fitting all cab and bed configurations except ZR2 models. This repair section caps the frame rail between the forward bed mount and the center cab mount, restoring strength in a critical leaf spring mounting area.

Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, the RB7603R measures 24.40 inches in length and includes OEM-style holes to match the factory frame for precise fitment. The kit includes new hardware for the leaf spring mount and ships with an oil protective coating to help prevent oxidation during transit. For long-term corrosion protection, Rust Buster recommends finishing the repair with Rust Buster Rust Converter Paint RB9917. Welding is required. Backed by Rust Buster’s Lifetime Warranty, this kit provides a durable, factory-correct solution for S10 and Sonoma frame repairs.
