Rust Buster Mid Frame Repair Kit Right for 2001-2010 GM HD Pickups - RB7818R

The Rust Buster RB7818R Mid Frame Repair Kit is designed for the right (passenger) side of 2001-2010 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with standard cab configurations. This repair section caps the frame from the side with no cutting required, making installation more efficient while restoring structural integrity.

Constructed from heavy-duty 7-gauge steel, the RB7818R measures 42.5 inches in length and features OE-style holes for precise fitment. Integrated perforations allow installation without removing the rear cab mount or transmission crossmember when applicable. The kit includes new Class 10.9 hardware and ships with an oil protective coating to help prevent oxidation during transit.
