The Rust Buster RB7815R Rear Frame Repair Kit is designed for 2001-2010 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with an 8ft bed, fitting all cab configurations equipped with the long bed. This repair section caps the frame from the side at the very rear, restoring strength in a high-stress, corrosion-prone area with no cutting required.

Constructed from heavy-duty 7-gauge steel, the RB7815R measures 31.4 inches in length and features matching OE holes for precise, factory-correct fitment. Integrated knockout tabs allow installation without removing OE rivets for the spare tire crossmember when applicable. The kit includes new Class 10.9 hardware for the spring mount and ships with an oil protective coating to help prevent oxidation during transit.
