These are Sinister Diesel's updated stand pipes and dummy plugs that are great for preventative maintenance or fixing high pressure oil problems such as difficulty starting when the engine is hot, or not at all. When replacing these vital parts, It's important to use top quality parts to make sure you get it done right the first time.
