The Skunk2 Composite Fuel Rail is a high-performance upgrade designed for K-Series engines found in the 2002–2006 Acura RSX and 2002–2005 Honda Civic Si. Engineered using a proprietary carbon-impregnated aerospace thermo-polymer composite, this fuel rail provides superior thermal insulation and durability compared to traditional aluminum rails.
Operating up to 100°F cooler than aluminum, the Skunk2 Composite Fuel Rail significantly reduces heat transfer to the fuel, helping maintain consistent fuel temperatures and pressure—resulting in improved horsepower and torque. With a 0.625-inch internal bore, it provides excellent fuel injector pulsation dampening and is optimized with radius-cut injector outlets for smooth, uninterrupted flow.
Designed to support up to 1,200 horsepower, the rail includes -8 AN inlet and outlet ports, OEM fuel pressure regulator compatibility, and a 1/8-inch NPT port for pressure monitoring or gauge installation. It works with all pump and race fuels, including alcohol.
