Skunk2 Racing K-Series Timing Chain Cover for Honda K24A engines.
Introduced over a decade ago, the Skunk2 is ‘The Original’ K-Series Billet Timing Chain Cover. Each cover is CNC machined from billet 6061 aluminum and features a two-piece design which facilitates easy timing gear access and cylinder head removal. The multi-piece design allows each cover to easily be surfaced to fit engines with reduced head and deck heights. The interface between the upper and lower covers is sealed using an O-ring gasket set in a machined groove.
The Skunk2 Timing Chain Cover features an oversized access door for easy timing chain tensioner access, as well as an integrated chain-guide that prevents the chain from jumping teeth and losing its index position when cams or the head is removed. Additionally, the Skunk2 timing chain cover is 14% (10oz) lighter in weight than the OE timing cover.
Based on functionality, weight savings, and pure looks alone, the Skunk2 Front Timing chain cover is a must have for any serious engine builder. ‘Skunk2 Racing’ is engraved on the upper cover and our mantra ‘Innovate or Die’ is engraved on the lower cover as words of encouragement to anyone with a competitive spirit.

Orders under $159.99 will be subject to a nominal $13.99 Flat shipping charge. In regards to expedited and international shipping each order will need to be quoted on a case by case basis. You can obtain a quote two ways:

- Complete your order ahead of time indicating either expedited or international shipping during the checkout process. We will promptly determine shipping rates for your order and email you for approval and additional payment.
