The SPL Parts Adjustable Front Sway Bar Endlinks for BMW E46 3 Series and E85/E86 Z4 models are designed to handle increased loads from OEM or aftermarket sway bars without binding or deflection. These endlinks feature oversized 1/2-inch PTFE-lined FK bearings that deliver high load capacity, smooth articulation, and long service life. Heat-treated chromoly high-misalignment studs provide up to 65 degrees of articulation, preventing binding when using sway bars with multiple adjustment holes. The adjustable length design allows sway bar preload to be eliminated, correcting issues caused by uneven ride height, spring settling, or corner weighting. Black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum turnbuckles with left- and right-hand threaded rod ends allow fast and precise on-car adjustment. These endlinks are suitable for both street-driven and track-focused applications.
Important Fitment Note:
If equipped with aftermarket shocks or coilovers, the sway bar mounting location may change. The required distance between the sway bar and shock mount must be between 9.9 inches and 11.4 inches. If outside this range, SPL Parts should be contacted to determine proper fitment. SPL cannot confirm compatibility with aftermarket shocks or coilovers.
