When you need something tougher than a StopTech SportStop Slotted rotor, but you’re not quite ready for a big brake kit, try our new StopTech SportStop Slotted rotors. StopTech has teamed up with Frozen Rotors to offer cryogenic treatment on the StopTech rotor line.

Deep cryogenic treatment is a one-time process that permanently improves the performance and service life of metals from brake rotors and engine parts, to machine tools and gear sets. Using a proprietary computer-controlled process, the metal is cooled gradually to -300ÂF and then slowly returned to room temperature and heat-cycled as the final step. Although not apparent to the naked eye, the improvements to the rotor are significant. The cryogenic treatment process redistributes residual stress in the rotor giving it an extra level of protection against warping.

Just as standard StopTech SportStop Slotted Rotors, Cryo Rotors start with the following features:

Power Alloy castings (on select applications)

¢ÂÂ Engineered Performance Rotor

¢ÂÂ Superior resistance to cracking due to thermal stress

¢ÂÂ Increased molybdenum (higher carbon)content that extends reliability, service life and helps reduce NVH noise issues

¢ÂÂ Rotor material is a direct descendant of the patented AeroRotor from StopTech

Introducing directional curve vane design (on select applications)

¢ÂÂ Improved vane design or OE equivalent on all rotors

¢ÂÂ Center split castings

New short slot design runs perpendicular to the vane to preserve rotor strength.

Improved wet weather response

Increased initial bite

Double disc ground for a consistent friction surface and Improved pad bed-in

Mill balanced

Black E-Coated non-friction surfaces on Power Alloyrotors

Enhances open wheel appearance

Any new StopTech SportStop Rotors can be cryogenically treated prior to shipment. Allow 5-10 business days for processing.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Took the leap of faith on buying a set of their R35 intakes and downpipes because the price was half of anyone elses plus their car hauls a** at the track. Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. I see these guys and gals going a long ways if they can get out there and advertise. Customer service is on point paired with BIGGG savings for the winning combo.

Bought a Motec and had these guys build the harness and set it up fully. Track car that received the level of attention and detail of a show car while here.
