The Titan 7030507 XXL Mid-Ship Replacement Fuel Tank is built to maximize fuel capacity and uptime for 2007–2025 RAM 4500 and 5500 Cab & Chassis trucks with 84" and 108" Cab-to-Axle (CA) configurations. This heavy-duty, cross-linked polyethylene tank replaces the stock 22-gallon unit with a 50-gallon tank—more than doubling fuel capacity to meet the demands of vocational and commercial applications.

Engineered for direct replacement, this tank utilizes the factory sending unit and requires no aftermarket upgrades. Constructed from Titan's military-grade XLHDPE, the tank is corrosion-proof, impact-resistant, and backed by a lifetime warranty.

For 108" CA (192.5" wheelbase) configurations, an adaption bracket (Part #0301130000) is required. An optional filler neck assembly (Part #9900025) and auxiliary feed kit (Part #9900057) are available for advanced setups.
