The Titan 7010220 XXL Mid-Ship Replacement Fuel Tank is engineered to deliver increased capacity and performance for 2020–2026 GM 2500HD and 3500HD Crew Cab pickups with 6.5 ft. beds and Duramax diesel engines. This 56-gallon tank replaces the factory 36-gallon unit, adding 20 gallons of usable capacity for extended range and reduced fuel stops.

Crafted from military-grade, cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE), the tank offers exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. It uses Titan’s low fuel trap design to ensure the full 56 gallons are usable and installs without cutting or welding—it's a direct-fit, bolt-in solution.

Technical Note – Fuel Gauge Behavior (GM 6.6L Diesel Models):

• Issue: After install, the fuel gauge may incorrectly drop to empty
• Cause: GM software monitors float speed and may misread the slow descent in larger tanks
• Resolution: In some cases, the issue self-corrects over time; however, Titan recommends using an aftermarket digital fuel monitor for accurate readings
