Description

Maximize your truck’s range with the Titan 7010320 Gen 7 XXL Mid-Ship Replacement Fuel Tank. Designed for 2020–2026 GM 2500HD and 3500HD Crew Cab Long Bed pickups equipped with the Duramax diesel engine and 4x4 drivetrain, this 60-gallon tank replaces the stock 36-gallon unit—offering a 24-gallon increase in usable capacity.

Made from Titan’s ultra-durable cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE), this tank is built to handle extreme conditions and comes with a lifetime warranty. It features Titan’s exclusive low fuel trap design to ensure all 60 gallons are usable and maintains minimal clearance loss—only 2" lower than the factory tank. Installation is bolt-in, with no fabrication or cutting required.

Note: GM trucks from 2019+ may experience temporary fuel gauge irregularities due to factory software limitations with high-capacity tanks. See technical bulletin below for more details.

  • Solution: Gauge may recalibrate after several fuel cycles, though a permanent fix is not confirmed
  • Recommendation: Use an aftermarket digital monitor for precise fuel level readings
