This 65-gallon tank delivers a 17-gallon increase over the factory 48-gallon version, providing extended range and fewer fuel stops for heavy-duty hauling, long-distance travel, and demanding work environments.

Crafted from Titan’s military-grade, cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE), the tank is highly resistant to impacts and fuel additives, including most bio-diesel blends. Its Gen 7 design features an OEM-style torque ring sending unit mount, a low fuel trap configuration ensuring full 65-gallon usability, and minimal clearance impact—just 1¾" below the factory tank.

Installation is fully bolt-in with no cutting or modifications needed. This tank is compatible with OEM sending units and aftermarket systems such as Fleece, AirDog, and FASS.
