Wrong item

Spoke with a rep on the phone prior to order and was informed will fit my vehicle. When recieved disassembled vehicle to install and found did not fit. Been emailing and messaging company all week to find out how to return and get money back to order more because as a Vet my self I want to give business and NO ONE HAS RESPONED FOR 2-3 emails and messaging threw fb everyday. So now stuck with a part and out hundreds $!!!!
