1968-1972 GM A-Body Engine Mounts, LS

UMI’s P/N 4008 allows for easy installation of LS power in your 1968-1972 GM A-Body.

 Our LS mounts position the engine in the factory location, with options to move it rearward up to 3/4” or forward 1/4”. They bolt directly to the frame and LSX block without any modifications.

Our strong 1/4” plate and double shear brackets can handle the power of your LS engine. The LS mounting brackets feature greasable polyurethane engine mounts to reduce vibration while providing a performance feel.

The mounts are crafted in Philipsburg, PA, USA.

Our LS mounts include CNC laser-cut ¼” thick mounting plates and stand-offs, slotted for engine adjustment and a perfect fit.

High-grade mounting hardware and motor mount bolts are included, along with built-in greasable polyurethane bushings. The mounts are finished with a durable, high-grade black or red powder coat.

Fitment Note: Please note that our LS mounts are designed for use with the LS1 oil pan, which does not require crossmember cutting. Other oil pans may need crossmember trimming for clearance, and aftermarket low mount LS alternator brackets might not fit. The factory A/C compressor will clear when the frame is notched.
