With impressive intercooler core dimensions of 535 mm x 332 mm x 150 mm (stepped up to 19.2 liters), our intercooler offers a mind-blowing 113.5% larger flow area and an incredible 120% more charge air volume compared to the original.

Our Competition high performance core is based on Tube Fin technology with internal turbulators. Despite its considerable size, the entire intercooler weighs only a light 12.5 kg. The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system to reduce backpressure to a minimum. The result: outstanding cooling properties. Our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with outstanding heat conduction properties that ensure lasting and optimal cooling. Count on a continuous increase in performance. Our kit is completely ready to install and requires only the replacement of the stock intercooler - a plug-and-play experience. The original intercooler hoses can still be used. Our intercooler has been tested to an impressive 6 bar pressure and has proven its pressure stability.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
