Easy Peasy
I ordered two tires and got them relatively without incident. One came and the info I received was that both had been delivered. I wrote into customer support and received word back from Jaisen Wayne. He assured me it would all be delivered later the same day and it was. His email was both certain and contrite and had a quality to it that reminded me of the grit and grizzle of a Smokey bacon maple voiced John Wayne. Also, he goes by the name “lil’ boss” which makes you think that he commands the respect of his peers and dresses with a style surpassed by none. Provided their prices stay competitive, I wouldn’t hesitate to order more rubber for the road from these folks.
