Yukon Gear YPKF9.75-P-34-DG is a replacement spider gear and positraction internal kit for Ford 9.75-inch differentials equipped with a Yukon Dura Grip limited-slip carrier and 34-spline axles. It is intended specifically for Dura Grip applications and provides the internal gear components needed to replace worn or damaged differential internals while retaining the existing carrier.
The kit includes two 34-spline side gears, a cross pin, cross-pin bolt, and thrust washers. It is a practical service solution when the internal gears or related carrier hardware require replacement but the Dura Grip differential assembly itself remains serviceable.
YPKF9.75-P-34-DG fits Yukon Dura Grip units only and will not work with the factory Ford Trac-Lok differential. Clutch plates are not included. The Ford 9.75-inch axle is used in a wide range of Ford and Lincoln truck, SUV, van, and commercial applications, including F-150, Expedition, Navigator, E-Series, and Transit platforms.
