Yukon Gear YPKGM9.5-P-33 is a replacement spider gear and positraction internal kit for GM 9.5-inch differentials with 33-spline axles. Designed specifically for Eaton positraction carriers, this kit provides the major internal gear components needed to replace worn or damaged spider gears while retaining the existing compatible differential assembly.
The kit includes two 33-spline side gears, four pinion gears, a cross-pin shaft, roll pin, and spider gear thrust washers. It is a practical rebuild solution when the side gears, pinion gears, thrust washers, or related internal components have become worn or damaged but the Eaton positraction carrier itself remains serviceable.
YPKGM9.5-P-33 is intended for Eaton positraction applications only and does not include clutch components. It is not designed for factory GM positraction units. The GM 9.5-inch differential was used across a wide range of Chevrolet and GMC trucks, vans, SUVs, and performance-oriented applications, making this kit useful for differential rebuilding, repair, and restoration work using the correct Eaton 33-spline configuration.
