Yukon Gear YPKD44-P-30 is a replacement spider gear and positraction internal kit for Dana Spicer 44 differentials equipped with a Yukon Dura Grip positraction and 30-spline axles. It is designed specifically for the Dura Grip carrier and provides the internal gear components needed to replace worn or damaged spider gears while retaining the existing differential assembly.
The kit includes two 30-spline side gears, four pinion gears, a cross-pin shaft, roll pin, and spider gear thrust washers. This makes it a practical rebuild package when the internal gears or related hardware need replacement but the Dura Grip carrier itself remains serviceable.
YPKD44-P-30 is for Yukon Dura Grip positraction applications only. It does not include clutches and will not fit Dana 44 Trac Lok or Powr-Lok differentials. Its Dana 44 coverage spans a wide range of classic trucks, 4x4s, SUVs, vans, and off-road platforms from Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, GMC, International, Isuzu, Jeep, and other applications using the correct 30-spline Dura Grip configuration.
