Yukon Gear YPKD80-P/L-35-R is a replacement spider gear and positraction internal kit for Dana Spicer 80 differentials equipped with a Trac Lok limited-slip unit and 35-spline axles. It uses the round-design cross pin configuration and provides the key internal gear components needed to service a worn or damaged Trac Lok carrier.
The kit includes two 35-spline side gears, four pinion gears, cross-pin shafts, and side gear thrust washers. It is a practical solution for rebuilding the internal gear set while retaining the existing Dana 80 Trac Lok differential assembly.
This kit is specific to Dana 80 Trac Lok applications using the round cross-pin design. It is not intended for Dana 60 or Dana 70 differentials. The application covers a range of heavy-duty Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, and GMC truck and van platforms equipped with the compatible Dana 80 axle.

About Yukon Gear Trac Lok Spider Gear Kits:
Yukon Gear & Axle Trac Lok spider gear kits are designed to replace worn or damaged internal gears in compatible clutch-type limited-slip differentials. These kits provide application-specific side gears, pinion gears, cross-pin components, and related hardware so the existing Trac Lok carrier can be serviced during a differential rebuild rather than replaced as a complete assembly. They are especially useful in heavy-duty axle applications where worn internal gears or thrust components need to be renewed while retaining the original compatible carrier.
