The Skunk2 Alpha Series Valves are precision-engineered for Honda D-Series VTEC engines, including the D16Z6, D16Y5, D16Y7, and D16Y8. Manufactured from premium HNV-3 martensitic steel (intake) and EV8 austenitic steel (exhaust) one-piece forgings, these valves deliver exceptional strength, reliability, and performance in both naturally aspirated and forced induction setups.

Each valve undergoes Skunk2’s proprietary heat-treatment process to maximize durability and is hard chrome plated to reduce friction and prevent corrosion. The optimized valve head design enhances airflow efficiency and combustion stability—translating to improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response.

Weighing up to 10 grams lighter than OEM valves, Skunk2 Alpha Valves provide faster valvetrain response and higher RPM capability, making them ideal for performance street builds and competitive racing engines.
