Skunk2 Ultra Race Intake Manifold – Honda D-Series VTEC Engines

The Skunk2 Ultra Race Intake Manifold is purpose-built for high-horsepower D-Series VTEC applications. Cast from aircraft-grade A356 aluminum, this two-piece modular design allows for extensive tuning flexibility, porting, and increased airflow. The Ultra Race manifold is engineered for race-only use, supporting naturally aspirated builds up to 450hp and forced induction setups from 650hp to over 1000hp with optional plenum spacers.

Featuring 6.7" tapered runners with 81mm raised velocity stacks, a massive 3.5L plenum volume (expandable to 4.5L), and a 90mm throttle body flange with standard 5.0L Ford bolt pattern, this manifold supports secondary injectors for added fuel delivery under high boost or RPM. It includes multiple NPT ports for sensors and vacuum accessories and is finished in a durable black wrinkle powder coat with a Skunk2 Pro Series badge.
